This group is for women who have done previous growth work through therapy or another significant healing modality. It is for individuals who desire to connect more deeply to the Divine and to their Higher Self. This is a safe, supportive group of women. Through guided meditation, teaching, experiential/creative activities, journaling and group sharing, we open to the love and guidance of the Divine and our True Essence. The curriculum is ever evolving to meet the needs of the group. Some past and current topics include soul collage, working with oracle and Tarot cards, using crystals for meditation and healing, releasing unwanted energy and patterns through ritual, dreamwork and archetypes, and learning to read/receive signs and support in Nature.
